Warranty Policy

Warranty is applicable to the following units bought in the Philippines:

  • BÉABA Babycook® Solo 
  • Babycook® Duo
  • Babycook® Original Plus 
  • Babycook® Neo

These products are well-designed household appliances that is safe and secure and made with high quality components to ensure superior performance under normal use and maintenance. In the event of any damage caused by the manufacturing process or components within two years from the date of purchase, BÉABA Philippines distributor, Pomme Petite Inc. will provide certified users with free repair service, replace parts or machine as appropriate. The Product Warranty Card and the proof of purchase must be sent to the company for free warranty. Once the card has been altered or lost, the warranty will be void. This free warranty does not include consumable parts that need to be replaced from time to time (spatula, blade, blending basket, blending basket lid).

Free warranty service will not be available in the following cases:

  1. Man-made damage caused by improper use such as: access to improper power supply, improper installation of accessories, not used according to the instructions, misuse or negligence damage, damage caused by transportation and other accidents
  2. Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters and voltage abnormalities 
  3. Product damage caused outside the home such as industrial use and commercial use 
  4. No purchase voucher. The warranty card is a guarantee for free maintenance within the specified time limit and conditions, and is not limited the legal rights of consumers. Valid only in the Philippines.
